(2) Your ticket will be placed in our tracking system which permanently logs everything you submit here.
Here's how we respond:
If you are a current paying client, member, or partner then you can usually expect a response within 2-4 hours during normal business days.
If you are not a current paying client then you can usually expect a response within 12-24 hours during normal business days.
