
Here's What Will Happen Next
As soon as you hit "submit", you'll be taken to a confirmation page. Your support request will be transmitted to our team by two ways:
1. An email will be sent to the entire support team, alerting us that you've asked for help. By the way, I use *real people* who work for me full time. Your request isn't going to some third-world "outsourcing farm" or anything like that.
2. A support task will be placed in our tracking system, which permanently logs everything you submit here. When that happens, your support ticket is visible to the entire team.
Here's How We Respond
You can usually expect an email response within 24 hours or less on weekdays. If you need us to call you, let us know and we'll call you.
